I designed a report using Report Designer Q1 2014. When Im going to re configure the previous data source,  the window related to select the stored procedure is not responding. Some times the window is loading, but the combo box related to select the stored procedure is not visible. ( Test Connection is Successful )

Hello Harsha,

Based on the screenshot there is an error in establishing the connection to the database or other related to the data retrieval.

Please tes to open the report in the Standalone Designer and delete the SqlDataSorce component. Then add a new SqlDataSource component and configure for use in the report. In case the SqlDataSource uses a stored procedure with schema different than the default one, please test if using the latest internal build, that can be downloaded from Products & Subscriptions - Latest Internal builds - Reporting, resolves the issue. After installing the build, upgrade your project to use it.

If you need further help, please use the support ticketing system and send is a demo report to check its settings and test it locally.

Regards,
Stef

Thank you Stef for your reply... But the problem is , I cant retrive stored procedures when creating SQL data source using a database which contains too many procedures. Currently my database contains more than 1000 sp's. To check this one I created a small database which contain only 10 sp's, but using that database I can retrive sp's without having a problem. Problem occurs when Im trying to use my main database which contains more than 1000 sp's. There's no problems when establishing the connection. I did the same thing using Report Designer 2014 Q3 without having any problem.
Problem occurs when using Report Designer 2015 Q1 Trial Version.

Hello Harsha,

We are aware of the problem and it is fixed in the latest internal build as of Friday 13th 2015, available for download from Products & Subscriptions - Latest Internal builds - Reporting, resolves the issue.

Please give it a try and let us know if loading the available stored procedures is successful.

Stef
