Is there a way to email a chart image, preferable from a server api so that is can be scheduled.
more context. Users can see a chart on the UI. Overnight jobs will check for outliers and if any are found, want an email with equivelent graph as image

The Telerik UI for Blazor chart is a UI component for a web app. The described scenarios looks more like a case of scheduling a report that will get emailed, and for that I can suggest you consider our Reporting and Reporting Server solutions - it has charts, scheduling and emailing.
