I am using Editor on Visual studio works fine, but after publish and release to production, the page contains Editor crashed. The application is server side Blazor

developer tools shows:

2020-09-18T20:12:10.617Z] Error: There was an unhandled exception on the current circuit, so this circuit will be terminated. For more details turn on detailed exceptions by setting 'DetailedErrors: true' in 'appSettings.Development.json' or set 'CircuitOptions.DetailedErrors'.
e.log @ blazor.server.js:15

Hi Jeremy,

What is the exact error you get? Maybe it is in the logs, or you could enable the detailed errors for a bit to get it from the browser console (the easiest way to do that is to go to startup.cs, and in ConfigureServices, use this services.AddServerSideBlazor(o => o.DetailedErrors = true);).

In the meantime, can you confirm you have upgraded all assets, including the JS Interop file if you are using it from the CDN (see here for details)? Can you also confirm that the build server can restore the latest Telerik package that has the editor component? You can also find some more troubleshooting steps for deployment issues here in case any of them is what you're hitting.

Hi Jeremy,

This looks like a missing .NET Core version on the server. The System.Text.Json assembly (package) is something that is a part of the framework and not from our components.
