PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I would like to be able to create a PanelBar on the fly by using Linq to retrieve the Departments (parents) and Categories (children) from a DB.

While I am new to programming I have had a look at the demos and the support site but I'm unable to find anything similar to what I want to achieve. 

I've attached files that dynamically creates RadGrids (one for Departments and one Categories) but I want to obtain a similar result with the PanelBar where the categories will be loaded when a Department is selected if that Department has categories (children). Otherwise it should just load the Department page.

Is this possible and are there any examples available where this is achieved? While I could hard-code all the links I would prefer to proceed with a dynamic approach if at all possible.
