Drag and drop from one list to another?

Looking for suggestions or examples of handling drag and drop between objects in a container to a specific item within a different container.  Something like what this image tries to depict.

Thank you for the demonstrated screenshot.

In general, the required behavior can be completed using a custom drag and drop functionality designed for the specific use case scenario.

We could also use the Sortable component and more specifically its templates which could allow to achieve the desired approach. But the built in functionality might not be sufficient to satisfy the use case scenario.
