DateTimePicker not showing icons

Hi, I am having an odd problem.

I am using a DateTimePicker in a popup template for a grid.

When I go to edit a record, for the very first time, and the popup comes up, the DateTimePicker does not display the time right and neither of the 2 buttons on the right appear. There is a box displayed, but that's it. No calendar or time dropdown available.

However, if I close the template popup and reopen it  for the current or any other record it works as advertised.

Any ideas?

Hi Ed,

Thank you for taking the time to share the issue that you have stumbled upon. In general, the most common cause for rendering a plain textbox without a Kendo UI widget is due to a JavaScript exception. Could you open the console the browser and examine it for any potential exceptions?

Also, based on the provided information, I cannot be sure where exactly the issue stems from. Could you provide a sample project in which the faulty behavior could be observed? Or, at least the relevant code snippets for the Kendo UI Grid, its popup editor implementation and any event handlers that might be added.
