I could not replicate the described problem, but we have one open issue regarding headers and columns being misaligned due to the browser zoom being different than 100%:
Removing the node_modules folder and package-lock.json files before runnning a clean NPM install is recommended to ensure that the latest versions and their correct dependencies are actually installed.
If the issue persists and can be observed with a 100% zoom level, please send us an isolated runnable project or a Stackblitz example similar to our online demos where we can reproduce the described problem, and try to determine what is causing it. Thank you in advance.

Hello Dimiter Topalov! I have the same issue. It is even slightly visible on the documentation page - https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/grid/ It can be reproduced in Chrome browser, in Firefox everything works fine. How it can be fixed?

It seems that there is a misalignment issue with the headers when the horizontal scroll is at the very end. This is considered a bug on our side logged in the following GitHub issue:
