Hi Erez,
In order to achieve the desired appearance of the Header part of RadCalendar the default Style of the control needs to be modified. By changing the Background of the Border named "Navigation" the needed appearance could be achieved.
We have created a sample project that demonstrates the described above approach and you could run and evaluate it - please, notice that the sample uses Implicit Styles.

Where is the Telerik.Windows.Themes.Office_Black.dll coming from? It was part of your sample as a binary, but I would like to use an official version, of course.
