Hello,
The project that i'm working on uses Telerik version 2013.3.1324.40 and recently the following error happened in our client (see attached image for more details):
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'parentNode' of null at Object._endRequest (Telerik.Web.UI.WebRe...e41%3ae4f8f289:6089)
When analyzing the JS line in which the problem occurred we realized that it is related to the panels that Ajax uses to update the page objects (in this case, the absence of them).
However, so far we have not been able to simulate the situation and the customer himself confirmed that the error is irregular and after the error happens they reenter the page and do the same action and it works just fine.
If possible, we would be grateful if you could guide us to what may be causing the error in order to correct it.

It is pretty hard to determine the root of the problem without being able to examine it, but I will list the possible causes that I can think of as of below, so you can examine them one by one:
- Check if there are any errors thrown on the page if you disable the AJAX. Sometimes AJAX can hide both client- and server-side errors during update:
https://www.telerik.com/support/kb/aspnet-ajax/ajaxmanager/details/how-to-disable-ajax-temporarily - Make sure that you are not using both RadAjaxManager, UpdatePanels and RadAjaxPanels at the same time
- Make sure that there are not any nested AJAX panels on the page, as they will cancel each other if triggered at the same time, leading to such errors.
- In case you are loading multiple controls on the page, make sure that only one instance of RadAjaxManager is used. Use RadAjaxManagerProxy if you need to add updates inside nested page or a web control:

- If the problem occurs only in IE, make sure that it is not running into Compatibility Mode (which is not supported):
