Cannot find type 'Telerik.Reporting.Report' in VS2010

Hi,
    I just installed Trial version of Telerik Reporting Q3 2010 with VS2008 & VS2010 Support. But when I create report, I get above error. I have attached screen shot here. How to get pass this error? I am using Windows 7.

Hello Nick,

By default a VS2010 WPF project would target the .NET 4 Client profile, which is not supported by Telerik Reporting. Please make sure that the target framework is .NET 4 Framework (In project properties on the Application tab select the .NET 4 Framework as target framework.) only and it should be working as expected. This limitation is duly noted both in our System Requirements page and in the Known limitations of Telerik Reporting thread.
