Can Cards scroll vertically?

I see in the examples for Cards that they scroll horizontally .. but can they scroll vertically?  If so .. how do I do that?

You could render the Cards vertically by wrapping them with a class "k-card-list" as it is described in the article below:

Also, the content of the Cards can be arranged vertically by using the "k-card-vertical" class. Here is an example:
