Hello Rogelio,
If you are using the Silverlight Report Viewer and tghe Reporting WCF service to display and export heavy reports, please test to extend the service's timeouts at both server and client - How to: Increase the timeout value of a WCF service.
Let us know if you need any further help.
Regards,
Stef

Hi Stef,
thanks for your answer.
I'm having a related issue.
I implemented what you suggested me, and it works when I'm executing the app directly from C#, pointing to the database in the server.
but when I published the .dll files and did the test directly in the web page doesn't show the report. All that I get is a gray bar in the middle of the page (attached image).
I hope you can help me.
Regards.

I think that could be something related to the BasicHttpSecurityMode, but i'm not sure.

Hi Rogelio,
You can use Fiddler to check the requests and their responses, and search for any logged errors in the server's Event Viewer.
Share the results here and someone might be able to help.
