Hi,
I want to customize my scheduler in a way that if two adjacent time slots have appointments then they should be shown in different color.

Hello,
Please find attached a sample project that implements very similar scenario. You can use the RadScheduler OnTimeSlotCreated server-side event handler and find is there an appointment scheduled on the same day last week. If yes - color both appointments in different color.
