after creating account and validating email i wasn't returned back to visual studio

after creating account and validating email i wasn't returned back to visual studio. do i just close VS and start again?

Telerik screen in VS finally timed out and it said login failed. So i click "login" and it opened a browser with the landing page saying i woukld be redirected to the desktop app. which hasn't happened
