Additional/External Fonts Issue

We have MICR Fonts(Fonts for checks) , after installing  these fonts we get to see/apply them in fields of Telerik report. Testing reports on running projects also show the fields in MICR fonts, Our live site do not show the report with these fonts whereas  we installed font on server  also, need your assistance in confirming if the additional fonts working with Telerik reports on live server require some other step

Hello Bob Mills,

Please try restarting the server your live site is on and then see if there is any change. If the issue persists please sends us your project with the fonts included so we can perform tests on our end.

Thanks,We got them on server, we also added FontEmbedding as full, now it shows MICR font on server, but export to pdf is not yet reflecting the font in pdf.Please suggest.

Hi Bob Mills,

Please try embedding the same font into PDF Document using Adobe Acrobat. It may be an issue with the font itself when used in PDF.
