Telerik AD, the largest Bulgarian software company was again recognized as a leading employer in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) for 2013 in the category "medium-sized company" with up to 1000 employees. It is the only company in Bulgaria with honors for best place to work in CEE in this year's AonHewitt survey.
Telerik employees have a 93% satisfaction rate. This compares to a 54% average in Bulgaria and 63% in the country’s IT sector. The high appraisal Telerik receives from its employees is due to the opportunities for training and career development, work environment, compensation, benefits and resources that the company provides.

The study of "Best Employers" includes more than 360,000 employees in over 430 organizations in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, including Bulgaria, Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine. The final ranking of employers is determined according to internationally approved methodology by Aon Hewitt, based on ratings from the employees.

A Bulgarian company and leading global provider of development tools and solutions for cross-platform and mobile applications, Telerik, was again recognized as the leading employer in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) for 2013 in the category "medium-sized company" with up to 1,000 employees. Telerik is the only Bulgarian company honored as the best place to work in CEE in this year's survey by AonHewitt— the leader in the field of human resources.
Ninety-three percent (93%) of Telerik employees indicated they were satisfied with the company. Fifty-four percent (54%) is the average level of employee engagement in Bulgaria and 63% for the IT sector in the country. Telerik received the highest score from its employees in the past year, resulting from opportunities for training and career development, excellent working environment and compensation and the benefits and resources the company provides, the company said.

According to the study, Telerik employee satisfaction is 93 percent - one of the highest levels of engagement in the region.
By comparison, the average level of employee engagement in Bulgaria is 54 percent and 63 percent in the IT sector.
