Check out all the latest updates in this Service Pack update to Telerik UI for Xamarin—improvements are here for ListView, NumericInput and more.
Most Telerik UI for Xamarin users probably already know about all the new features we unveiled with the R1 2018 release, touching on DataGrid, Buttons, DesignTime support, NumericInput and more. Now our Service Pack update has arrived, and it's time to give you а brief overview of the latest updates we've added based on your feedback.
As always, we've trained our focus on the component you use the most. This time we extended the component with several events, giving you ability to handle even more scenarios:
With these, you can get fine-grained control over a variety of interactions with the ListView component, like defining actions when an item is being held down, getting informed when a reorder operation starts/ends if you want to execute some logic in this case, or even customizing the reorder item.
You can read more about these APIs in the our documentation.
The NumericInput control was just released few weeks ago. It allows you to take numeric input from your end users and has vast customization abilities. We also have a nice walk-through post that you can check out here for more details.
With this service release, we have accommodated some of the feedback we gathered for the component and made it even more powerful.
In this release we also focused on making improvements related to Buttons, Numeric, MaskedInput and DataGrid components. For full details on everything that's upgraded and all the bugs we've fixed, check out our Release History
Go ahead, give it a try by downloading the bits in a free trial today, and please send us your feedback!
