    radControls and ASP.NET AJAX RTM

As some of you probably know telerik was very quick to ensure that radControls for ASP.NET are fully compatible with the official v1.0 release of ASP.NET AJAX. (The full announcement) We have had the opportunity to follow the development of this new framework quite closely and to hear a wide range of comments on the new extension for the ASP.NET platform. Historically, we have been among the pioneer control vendors to make sure that customers can take full advantage of all radControls capabilities when used in ASP.NET AJAX applications. Telerik WinForms controls are finalists at the Jolt Awards

The finalists for the 2007 Jolt Product Excellence Awards have been announced and our radControls for WinForms are amongst the finalists under the "Libraries, Frameworks and Components" category. Frankly, this is equally pleasing as well as surprising and let me tell you why. There is no doubt that we find this achievement to be a great recognition for our work. There's more: Zhivko, our usability master and design guru will have a session on usability testing. Don't miss it out!

.NET 1.x support in radControls for ASP.NET

The time has come when we need to make a decision that may affect some of you (most of you) - we need to make a decision whether or not to stop adding new features and products to the .NET 1.x version of rad Controls for ASP.NET. For over a year we have maintained parallel .NET 1.x and .NET 2.0 versions of our controls and this has worked out well for us and for customers. On the downside, maintaining a release schedule with a set of nearly 20 ASP.NET controls, with .NET 1.x and .NET 2.0 versions, different help files for each...
