The CodeItLive Summer Series: A series of FREE summer events with your favorite frameworks & favorite techies, and you get to chat tech, ask questions and win prizes!
Sunscreen or an umbrella, flip-flops or rain jackets, we’re entering the second half of 2021 with full throttle. We needed a way to keep the energy up, and those social humans in the real world outside of the computer told us that hanging out with friends works wonders.
So we are getting together with friends ... all summer ... the only way we know how right now—on CodeItLive!
We’ve planned a full summer of streams on there for a full Summer Series of streams on some of our favorite frameworks and with some of our favorite techies.
Next on our list? Hit the waves on Wednesday, July 21, with “Surfing in MAUI”—the whats and the hows of the future of .NET MAUI—with our own resident MAUI surfer, Sam Basu.
Next up, on Thursday, July 29, we’re going back on land for an Angular Relay: Beginners Welcome! Join Alyssa Nicoll and some of the Angular community’s brightest as they teach you all about Angular while you get to know them on a personal level. Each speaker will use their time to teach you something about Angular by contributing to an app before passing it on to the next speaker. There will be laughter, insight, great coding and more. AND—it’s a beginners-welcome event!
After a short break, Ed Charbeneau and Sam Basu will be taking over CodeItLive with an ASP.NET Core stream. They are secretive, so not even we know details on this one. But given the hosts, we can only guess it’s going to be an epic one. So keep your eyes open for more details as we glide onto the rays of the summer sun.
To wrap things up, we have, of course, planned something a bit more ambitious. You know us—it wouldn’t be the Telerik and Kendo UI Developer Relations team if we didn’t attempt something drastic, like ... oh, I don’t know ... a 24-hour stream? It’s the Endless Summer Endless Stream right when August meets September. On this one—we’re organizing it, but we don’t know what on earth we’ll be doing either ... so you’ll have to stay tuned for more details.
But what’s the point of pulling off a full summer of streams with all those friends if we don’t give out prizes, right? Yes, we figured as much, so of course—every one of these events comes with special surprises and fun prizes.
Pick your favorite one (or more—who are we to limit you to one stream, right?) and tune in! Bring questions, suggestions and your best tech jokes!
