    Service Pack 1 for Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC just released

    We just released the first service pack for the Q1 2010 release of Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC. As you may have guessed this is mostly a maintenance release addressing all reported bug fixes. It is important to note that the service pack will be available only to licensed users. We will update the open source version only for major releases. However if a critical bug has been found we will publish builds in the forum so no worries.   What’s new Everything is described in the release notes.     Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC Q1 2010 is out!

    Today we shipped the Q1 2010 release out of the door. Go download the open source or if you are a licensed customer – download it from your client.net account.   What is new on the MVC front is: No longer in BETA New components – TreeView, NumericTextBox components, Calendar, DatePicker New features – Grid grouping, Grid editing, Grid localization Using jQuery 1.4.2 Lots of bug fixes   The rest is mentioned in the release notes.

    It is a great pleasure to share that we just pushed the “futures” release of Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC Q1 2010 out of the door. What the heck does “futures” mean? Well it is a beta of the bits we are going to release officially in Q1 2010 due in March.     Resolving circular references when binding the MVC Grid

    Sometimes when performing ajax databinding with the MVC grid you may end up with unexpected result: server error 500. What is even stranger is that server-side binding works as expected with the same data binding code.     We have just release the second service pack for Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC. You can download the open source version from here. Registered users can download it from their client.net accounts. You can check the release the notes here. What’s new The most notable change is that we upgraded to jquery 1.4. The benefits from using the latest jquery installment are quite a lot – performance improvements, lots of new features etc. We also hosted jQuery on Telerik CDN.
