Report Designer - Common

• FIXED: The Style properties are not applied when edited in the StyleEditor opened from another editor (i.e. a CollectionEditor)
• FIXED: Graph Dynamic Groups are shown as Static in the GroupExplorer tool window
• FIXED: Mouse scrolling over the Map item performs zoom in/out, even when the item is not focused
• FIXED: Culture is not propagated correctly to all of the Graph elements
• FIXED: Dragging items outside the visible area of the report designer does not scroll the viewport
• FIXED: Incorrect item drag behavior when the mouse leaves and then returns to the design surface
• FIXED: Using the inline editor of a TextBox item with transparent background throws an error
