Telerik Report Server MCP Server

Telerik Report Server now ships a native MCP Server, giving AI agents and coding assistants — GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Codex, and others — a direct path from natural-language intent to Report Server operations. Agents can connect over HTTP+SSE or stdio, authenticate with a Personal Access Token, discover available tools, and generate report documents on demand, manage report assets and data connections, or trigger scheduled tasks and data alerts. No custom API client code needed — authenticate once with a token created in the Report Server Manager, and the AI assistant does the rest.

Telerik Report Server WebAPI v3

Report Server for .NET now offers a new version of its REST API, built on REST standards for a modern, consistent, and developer-friendly integration experience. Unified response formats and standardized error handling across all endpoints make it easier to interact with Report Server from external applications. A new client library, available via NuGet and the user account portal, further simplifies integration and reduces development effort.

Telerik Report Server Access Token

Report Server for .NET now introduces the Report Server Access Token, a dedicated Personal Access Token type scoped specifically for the REST API and MCP Server, carrying the permissions of the issuing user. The result — a secure, standards-based way to authenticate integrations with client applications and AI agents, kept cleanly separate from the read-only tokens used for report viewing.
