Interface
The AI service always returns this wrapper — never a bare DatAInsightsConfig. This is
what makes the Clarification and Unsupported UX states possible without exceptions.

declined?
boolean
Set on an 'Unsupported' response when the AI refused the request (for example, a content
filter). The composer then shows its own localized "declined" message instead of message.

Populated when responseType is 'Clarification' or 'Unsupported'.
