Represents the configuration options of the Chart series to labels.

background?	string		Specifies the background color of to lables. Accepts a valid CSS color string, including HEX and RGB.
border?	Border		Specifies the border of to labels.
color?	string		Specifies the text color of to labels. Accepts a valid CSS color string, including HEX and RGB.
content?	(e: SeriesLabelsContentArgs) => string		Specifies the function which returns the from label content of the Chart series. You can split the text into multiple lines by using the line feed characters ("\n").
font?	string		Specifies the font style of the to labels.
format?	string		Specifies the format of the to labels. Uses the format method of IntlService.
margin?	number | Margin		Specifies the margin of the to labels. A numeric value sets all margins.
padding?	number | Padding		Specifies the padding of the to labels. A numeric value sets all paddings.
visible?	boolean		Determines whether the Chart displays the to labels of the series. When set to true, the labels are visible. By default, the to labels of the Chart series are not displayed.
