EditorInsertOrderedListButtonDirective

Configures a ToolBarButtonComponent as an Editor InsertOrderedList tool (see example). The directive sets the SVG icon and click event handlers for the button. The directive also updates the selected state of the button based on the cursor position in the editing area.
