Hi Sunil,
RadScheduler doesn't have a Yearly View. However, I believe a workaround is possible. For example consider the Outlook 2007 example.

I'm looking for a yearly view for RadScheduler Asp.Net and tried the link of the workaround Outlook 2007. But the link is broken.
