Window Server 2008 r2 File Permissions

I am using a asyncupload that works locally but wont upload to the server I've went through a few different tutorials to try to get figure it out with no luck. Any directions would be great.

My issue turned out to be an error in my code rather than file permissions. By changing the TargetFolder from "../Files/ProfileImages/" to "~/Files/ProfileImages/" I was able to correct the problem.
