Where is Custom Script Builder

The pricing sheet here at http://www.telerik.com/purchase/kendo-ui-complete indicates that access to a Custom Script Builder is included in the license, but I can't find it. Am I being dumb? No luck with search, and no other reference to this tool anywhere else that I've found.

The “Custom Script Builder” feature that you are looking for is covered in the documentation here: Combined Scripts.

It’s the custom download builder tool that is used to create a custom combined JavaSript file. And, it’s only available to commercial license holders, not to trial users.
