When looking at the demos, the radtreeview example of draganddrop uses the obsolete manager -- when are updated demos released?

You are right that currently our online demonstration projects are using the obsolete RadDragAndDropManager. We will update them with the next official release of our controls.

However, you can refer to our help documentation and see how the updated version of the RadTreeView can be used. On the other hand you can find a downloadable, ready to run project, using the DragDropManage, in our XAML SDK.
