What is the data limit when uploading files through the Spreadsheet control?

I try to upload a 15MB xlsx file but it seems to crash/freeze my browser.

Thank you for reaching out.

Generally, there is no hard limit to the number of rows. However, once big data is loaded and rendered, the spreadsheet should update the references/formulas in the different sheets which could potentially prove a very hard operation for the browser to handle rather than a possible limitation of the component itself. 

Thus, I believe the reason for the browser's impracticability is the size of the data that would be loaded from 15MB XLSX file. Can you test how the loading time will change when the loaded data is not that big and let me know if the same behavior is observed?
