Hi,

I have implemented several RadUploads in my website and I have published the application on a test server and all went well. I have them transferred the application on another test server and now I have a black dot in front of every RadUpload and when I click to upload, the progress bar doesn't appear although I see the text saying x% completed and uploading...I am suspecting a problem with the styles but why didn't I have this problem on the first web server?

Thanks.

Hi Martin Kutter,

Do you use any of the built-in skins or a custom one?
Are there any javascript errors on the page? I suppose that there is a problem with web-resources on the second server. Please read our troubleshooting article on that matter.

hi,

there are no javascript errors on the page. Besides, the progress is running well as I can see the text that is usually below the progress bar and it is updating properly. The problem is that the progress bar is not showing and this weird black dot in front of the upload field.

I am using Inox skin.
