I have a master report with several subreports in its detail section.  When I view the report via the WebViewer, the alignment of the subreport headers and detail sections in not consistent.  It seems like the subreports are indented in the WebViewer, but when I export to PDF the alignment is correct and consistent.  Is there a setting that I can adjust to avoid the indent?

Hi Brian,

Could you send us (in a support ticket) a screenshot the misaligned subreports and the report definition of the master report so that we can actually see what's the problem? Most probably the issue can be fixed if you set the width of the SubReport report items to match the actual width of the sub reports, but we can't be quite sure unless we see the actual problem.

Hi Chavdar,

I will double check the widths of the subreports, but I am very sure that the subreport elements on the master are 6in and the subreports are also 6in wide.  The reports that I am creating contain confidential data which I can not send out.

I will work to sanitize a sample report to send in, but is there any other tricks that I may try before I spend hours creating this sample?

Hi Brian,

One other reason that I can think of is to have overlapping report items. Make sure that the reporting items do not overlap in all master and detail reports.

These are the only suggestions that I can give you at the moment. For more precise research we should be able to view the actual problem.

Best wishes,
