Hi Eric,
In Q2 2012 we've introduced a few changes that are all duly noted in the referenced release notes. Some of them can be resolved by opening the report in the designer and making a small change, for example toggle
"Show snap grid" which would force the designer to preserialize the report with the new API. Other changes, in cases you have used code, would require manual changes, for more info check the How to migrate your project to utilize the new ReportSource objects KB article.
