Hello Brendan,
From the Understanding Chart Types topic in our online help you can find out that all charts without the Pie chart have the option for vertical and horizontal chart. This can be configured through the Telerik.Reporting.Charting.ChartSeriesOrientation property which can be set either to Horizontal or Vertical.
