Our charting suite does not support such kind of visualization (Venn Diagram). I think the RadDiagram control could be more suitable for your scenario. However, keep in mind that, RadDiagram also does not support Venn Diagram and this is why you will need to implement the intersection logic on your own.
We have a feature request logged in our feedback portal for built-in Venn Diagram for the RadDiagram control. If you follow the request you will be notified by email as soon as there is any progress on its implementation.
