Vary the color of the Bars in Bar Chart

I need to vary the color of the Bars in bar chart in silverlight telerik report.

I have attached the screen shot which provide more idea what i need.

All items in one series are the same color. So either create different series (for different colors) or create the items programmatically, then you will be able to set a color for each item.

How can i create the different series for one datable ?

or from where i can create the items programmatically and set each item with different color ?

Can you please provide code if possible ?
