Hi Adrian,
Yes, Angular 7 is supported in the latest versions of our packages. If you are starting a brand new project with Angular CLI v. 7, you can just create it via ng new my-project-name and start adding our packages with ng add @progress/kendo-angular-package-name, e.g.:
https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/buttons/#toc-quick-setup-with-angular-cli-v6-or-later
