I'm have a RadGrid that contains a lot of GridTemplateColumn about
50 columns and therefore the "View Source" is in size: 1MB and this is
causing to the next error :
A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly
what can I do?

If you have paging turned of please turn it on. The optimization techniques may vary depending on template columns content. You can check this example where a single data-picker is used to pick dates from several text boxes:
