Use both Grid Pager and Virtual Scrolling

Hi,

Is it possible to use Grid pager and virtual scrolling together? Let's say pager's page size is 100, and virtual scrolling's page size is 50. According to the Grid documentation, "take: Alias of pageSize property. If take is set, pageSize will be ignored". How would I set the 'take' variable for pager and virtual scrolling separately?

Hi, Jie,

Virtual scrolling is designed to be used without paging. Unfortunately, combining both features simultaneously is not supported.

I was not clear enough in my original question. My goal is to use virtual scrolling when user picked 'All' option in Pager. If it is not 'All', let Pager controls the paging. I was able to achieve that with some custom code, not pretty but got the job done. So I was wondering if there is a out-of-box better way to achieve that. If it is not supported, not a problem. Thank you.

Thank you for the clarification. 

Currently implementing the described scenario will require some custom logic as you have done, however, it is not supported out of the box at the moment.
