Hi Asish,
You may use the approach demonstrated in the following forum thread and put some custom logic when a hyperlink is clicked. Also you may use the following topics: GridViewHyperlinkColumn, GridViewDynamicHyperlinkColumn. or check the online demo (the code is the same for WPF).

Instead of navigating to Browser, I want to navigate to another xaml page.I didnt get the example you referred.Can you send me sample or the xaml code showing this kind of behavior.
