Quite randomly I will get a bar graph that renders all the bars inverted so that they show up going from the x axis down and not up. (see attached) The same data is being passed to it every single time and I really see no rhyme or reason to when it decides to render incorrectly. Have you see this occur before? The chart is a stacked bar chart.

We've received similar reports before, but we're still unable to pinpoint the cause as we can't reproduce it. Our best guess so far is that IE initializes the Chart before the page layout is finished. This happens mostly in tables and the chart size is nearly 0 in this case.
Can you please set width and height to the chart div to see if that helps?

Unfortunately the chart height and width is already being set, there are no tables on the page, and we are testing in Chrome when this happens.
Anything else we can try to figure out why this is happening?

Can you please try upgrading to the Q1 Beta (2012.1.229) to see if that makes any difference.
Do you mind recording a video in Jing if the problem is still there? At least if it occurs frequently enough, I don't want to lose your time here.

Hi,
In my application, I draw a stacked bar chart using Telerik MVC charts, the number of series depending on a selection from a grid. The stacking works fine in Firefox and IE9. But in IE8, the chart is drawn upside down consistently if the number of series exceeds a certain number. What I have also noticed is that the problem vanishes if I set the Document mode to IE9.
I'm not sure if the root cause is the same for Kendo. But hope this input helps

We upgraded to the Beta build and I haven't seen this issue reoccur since. It has only been a few days but before upgrading we were seeing it at least once a day. I'll keep you posted.
