We have implemented the upload control in an Angular application and when we select a file to upload, we get the 'uploaded' text displayed. Unless the user sets focus on the control, it appears to spin indefinitely. When we click save, the file does actually upload but it's confusing to the users. I've attached a screen shot as an example.

Please disregard, it was the autoUpload parameter. Working as expected.
