I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this but I find the offer in the last Newsletter to be rather confusing.
I have a subscription for RadControls for ASP.NET with 256 days left. I see no option to upgrade on the Client.net. What exactly does this "upgrade" give me? Is it pro-rated for my subscription period?

So the way I read it, all customers with active subscription at the point of releasing the reporting tool (Apr, 23rd) will get free developer license for reporting as well.

Matt, indeed your understanding is correct. All customers with an active ASP.NET RadControls Subscription will receive complimentary licenses for RadControls for WinForms and Telerik Reporting.
Robert, there is no need to purchase any upgrades. The RadControls for WinForms license is already added to your account. Telerik Reporting will be officially released on April 23 and will be automatically added to your account as well.

Hi Telerik,
I didn't see the Reporting suite inside my Client.net. Is this still not there due the problems with the update-script, or am I missing something?

I see a link to this:

I believe I'm right in saying that's not right?
Any idea on an ETA for the dev build?

Yep, that's the trial and that seems not to be the final one.

The Dev version of the Reporting tool is yet to show in your account, guys. Since this is the first version of the product there are some extra things we need to take care of.
We will let you know here once the upgrades are complete.

I still don't see the new controls added to my account, either. There are links to trial software, but not developer releases. Is it known when will the new Reporting and Prometheus controls be available in the account area? Is it just a patience issue?
I'm real excited about this and maybe I just need to apply a bit more patience here :)

The Reporting and RadControls "Prometheus" for ASP.NET licenses have been added to the accounts of all clients with active subscriptions, so now you should see the download in the "My Purchases" section of your client.net.

I just check my profile and I'm also missing a link to download reporting and Prometheus as well.

You did not see immediately the licenses for Prometheus and Telerik Reporting since you do not hold the licenses for ASP.NET and WinForms that you see, but are rather added as a developer by another person in your company. The license holder did receive the new products but you were not automatically added to them as a developer. The problem is fixed and now you should be able to download them from your My Purchases section. These new products will be added to the accounts of all other license developers by the end of the day today or tomorrow the latest.
