Is there an update to the Visual Studio template mentioned here

To use Core 2.1.x and Angular 6.x ?

Hi Randal,

We updated our documentation article and sample applications for .Net Core + Angular integration, and now they are based on the latest official MicroSoft template:

However last time we checked the options for updating the sample applications from Angular 5 to Angular 6, we stumbled upon some issues with the template itself:

https://github.com/aspnet/templating/pull/515

We are monitoring the ongoing development and once there seems to be a stable release of the template that works well with latest Angular version, we will update the sample applications as well.
