Unable to Select new Data Source

Hi,
When i adding Telerik reports to my web application, I can't create the new data source. Error Image attached.

I had the same problem.
 Do the things described here and everything should be fine.

Hi,

Update the controls. Then check for "Telerik Reporting<Your version>" Controls in Tool Box. If it doesn't exist, just reset the tool box by right click on the tool box and select "Reset Toolbox" option from the menu.
