It will be very helpful if you send us the log file from the installation, so that we can examine the problem in detail. You can generate the full log file using the following steps:
- Open the Command Prompt;
- Navigate to the folder where the msi installation package;
- Run the following command: msiexec /i [InstallerFileName] /limev Installation.log;
- Run the installation and wait for it to fail;
- Log file will be generated in the same location as the msi package;
