Hello Pragnesh,
The Progress NPM registry was retired in favor of npmjs.com. To start using the default registry, remove the two lines which contain registry.npm.telerik.com from your .npmrc file, which should be located in C:\Users\MyUser\.npmrc
After removing those two lines in .npmrc you should be able to successfully install the Kendo UI package through NPM. More information regarding this error can be found in the NPM Packages Documentation.
