Is there a proposed solution to using UI virtualization and still being able to use Ctrl-F to find data that has loaded to the client but is not currently being displayed?

Hello Marc,

 

There isn't such feature. CTRL+F is a browser built-in text search, which operates over the already rendered content on the page. The Grid with visualization or paging renders only portion of the data in the DataSource.

 

That said there is no way of finding items which are not being already rendered in the DOM.
