Two Data value fields

In my project i am using Multi-column combobox... i need  insert, data text field and data value field to my database.. is this possible??? 
OR can i get two data value fields from a combobox? help me

thanks shinu....Actually i want to insert, all the fields which i selected in the multi combobox to my database.. is that possible???? but now i can insert data text field and data value field(two fields only)....

You can use the attributes collection of the RadComboBox. You can read about how to work with templates here, and also see how to use them in databinding expressions here.
