Trying to add Toolbox for 2.0

My 3.5 controls are showing up in 3.5 projects.  

I'm trying to add a toolbox for RadControls for ASPNET AJAX to my 2.0 project in VS2008.  I followed the instructions here:

I get this error:

Hi Nicholas,

When using our .NET 2.0 build of Telerik.Web.UI you need to have installed Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX 1.0. For our .NET 3.5 build you do not need to install anything due to the fact that System.Web.Extensions is included in the framework.
